Service objective

Providing high‑level expertise in RAMS methodologies and modeling techniques, including qualitative methodologies such as Functional Analysis, semi-quantitative approaches like FME(C)A*, HAZID**, HAZOP***, sequential approaches such as Cause Consequence Diagrams, Event Trees and Bowties and systemic approaches like Fault Trees, Reliability block diagrams, Markov Graphs and Petri Nets.

*FME(C)A = Failure Mode, Effects (and Criticality) Analysis

**HAZID = HAZard IDentification study

***HAZOP = HAZard OPerability study

What we do

Support to internal teams and R&D projects by reviewing input data, assumptions, models, and reports; participating in technical workshops; benchmarking practices against industry standards; and guiding teams through modeling phases and result interpretation. Our contribution strengthens the methodological rigor and technical robustness of all RAMS‑related activities.

Value & Benefits

Increased reliability and consistency of RAMS studies; Independent verification of compliance with IEC and ISO standards; Early identification of methodological gaps or modeling weaknesses; Enhanced confidence in results used for design, safety justification, or operational decision‑making.

Who it is for

Reliability engineers, HSE and safety engineers, instrumentation specialists, architects, and project teams involved in system design or performance assessment.

Deliverables

Structured meeting minutes, technical memos and reports, and presentation materials.

Approach/Methodology

Our work relies on the relevant IEC and ISO standards, complemented by best practices and client‑specific requirements.
